Hi @dnachip, could you kindly provide more detail as to your issue. Do you mean to say you are losing connection 50% of the time? In this case, please post your system specs (as detailed as possible) along with a list of installed Antivirus and/or firewall software installed.

It was the installation of the software that failed. After examining the install log file, I figured out that it was the Visual C++ 2015 redistributable that was missing. I installed it manually and the next Tobii software installation was successful. I don’t know why the installation did not automatically install the required redistributables. Thanks.
