    Will software developed using the Tobii Gaze SDK work on the Tobii EyeX Controller?

    Yes. However, we recommended to port such software to the Tobii EyeX SDK which offers the same functionality as the Gaze SDK and much more.

    If I want to use Tobii EyeX on Linux, there is no way to use it without using Tobii Gaze SDK?

    Hi,

    The Tobii EyeX Controller hardware is currently only supported on Windows. If you want to develop on Linux, you need the other eye tracker, Tobii REX, together with the Gaze SDK.
