What does this mean and how do I fix it. Also, in my “About” tab in the tray it says my tobii controller core is unavailable. Would this have something to do with it?

Best of luck to us then. I reached out to customer service days ago, still no reply. I’m going to call alienware today to see if they can help. I’ll let you know if I find anything. It’s so frustrating, I want that free copy of origins!!!

Hi @g33dubz, @maxmus, sorry to hear about troubles.. I am afraid I don’t recognise this particular issue..are you able to calibrate and run track status otherwise? I assume you are running the latest version on all software? It would be handy to get a screenshot of the problem along with your system specs. Many thanks.

Yes, eye tracking works fine in every aspect aside from the fact that your websites cant connect to it. and i see no way to attach files to this forum. i have all of the information ready, just need a way to send it to you.

I have the same problem, just got the acer predator z271T and installed the latest software version.
The Eye Tracking works fine on games, but i can’t connect on the website, getting the ‘wp-error’ message.

    Here is a screenshot: https://prnt.sc/hilmf7

I’m having the exact same issue, I could use some help.

EDIT: I mean the webpage not recognising it, other than that it works great.
