/sub for updates – very interested in support for this game
04/03/2016 at 09:27 #4645DavelParticipantAh, OK.
The only other thing I noticed after getting Windows Hello to work is that it took a restart of my PC before a change to the Windows Lock setting actually took effect

Take a look at the steps on this page – http://www.tobii.com/xperience/support/tutorials/setup-tobii-eyex-and-windows-hello/
02/03/2016 at 17:44 #4601DavelParticipantThe ISE release notes page (https://files.update.tech.tobii.com/InfiniteScreen/releasenotes.html) shows release 1.1.1 with a date of yesterday.
Sounds promising – ‘Fixed judder issues in games supported through the FreeTrack protocol’
However, the download link just gets version 1.1.0.372 again
02/03/2016 at 11:06 #4592DavelParticipantI thought smoothing was the point of the Gradient slider??
OK, so Speed is obvious – how fast should the camera move.
OK, Deadzone is also obvious – how far away from the centre to I need to look to make the camera start movingGradient …. I thought this would smooth out the increase in Speed – the higher the setting of the slider the further from the centre one would need to look to get to max Speed.
With the new version of ISE I can’t tell the difference between Gradient at zero and Gradient at max. Did I misunderstand its purpose?
29/02/2016 at 22:48 #4575DavelParticipantI’m also finding the new version feels much more sluggish. I’ve doubled the setting of the Speed slider (from 2 to 4), which has helped, but it still doesn’t feel as smooth as previously. Maybe I got used to the old version though and have really only spent a couple of minutes with this new one … I’ll give this new version some time to see if I can get used to it … maybe it’s just ‘different’ when I had forced myself to get used to the old one
19/02/2016 at 18:09 #4497DavelParticipantHi Grant,
I submitted the file to Avira and they came back and said its clean. I think they’ve since updated their detection files as it no longer seems to get caught.
12/02/2016 at 16:49 #4362DavelParticipantHi Theo.
All the Tobii versions match mine. I think you’re on an old version of Windows though – Hello was only introduced in the big ‘November Update’
When I run ‘winver’ I get:
Version 1511 (OS Build 10586.104)Hope that helps

http://www.tobii.com/xperience/hello/When I installed the EyeX there was an Update option in the Settings, or maybe a pop-up, to install the add-in required for Hello to start working
12/02/2016 at 14:24 #4357DavelParticipantThese guys say its safe
https://www.reasoncoresecurity.com/libtdidll.dll-54a292a0ad4dd400eeb100b6d1121f6e5ddad72e.aspxSo its probably a false positive. Been meaning to find and post on the Avira forums but forgetting – if anyone else gets there first let us know
Annoying though as every now and then Avira will forget that you told it to ignore the file and go back to quarantining it again, disabling the EyeX until you manually un-quarantine again
