Perhaps get the latest drivers from – http://developer.tobii.com/downloads/, uninstall all previous installation and reinstall again.. Sorry, it sounds naive, or you can wait for Tobii guys to fix their driver

Please check the permission level

Go to regedit
Select Tobii from WOW6432
Right Click and select Export
Save it somewhere and open it with Notepad
Replace the word WOW6432/ by /
Save the file
Go to regedit
Import the file

1. Edited the registry and moved Tobii from WOW6432 to under Software in HKEY_Local_Machine/Software
2. Edited the permission of Tobii and gave Full Control to local user
3. Restarted Tobii Service from Service Manager
Now it is working fine again.

I can not open the EyeX Software. In fact the Tobii service is crashing, when I restarted it from Service Manager, it is generating the above error message.
