By the way, we have found the reason why the Eyetracker sometimes incorrectly displays that it is connected to a USB 2.0 when in fact connected to a USB 3.0.
This will be corrected in the next Firmware upgrade. However, this fix will not solve the connection problem you have with your card at the core, there is still an underlying problem that we will continue to investigate, but likely to be either drivers or incompatibility with the specific card you are using.
