Just a reminder, I’m still not working myself. It tells me it is installing firmware anytime I reconnect it, but I’m not convinced since it never reports progress. Then when I go to Tobii settings, it never finds the device.

The only thing I know for sure now is that the USB 2.0/3.0 message goes away after rebooting immediately after installing new drivers.
