Whilst we do provide some information regarding calling the calibration routine @ https://developer.tobii.com/consumer-eye-trackers/stream-engine/getting-started/#tobii_configh please bear in mind launching the calibration routines programmatically requires the purchase of a special licence to do so and would provide additional information to help you get started.
