We depend on the developers to integrate our technology directly to ensure that users get the best possible experience of eye tracking with their titles and of course the best experience. Any attempt to ‘force’ eye-tracking compatibility onto games may result in a reduced quality experience which is of course not what we are aiming for.
The best way of trying to get eye tracking on your favourite title is to petition the game developers directly on their own forum or even start a crowdfunding campaign to this end. That being said, I do understand your idea to setup the eye tracker much like a standard joystick with headtracking replacing pedals/yaw, etc and I will pass along your comments to the development team for consideration in a future release and report their feedback.
