So long as the application in question is not storing data on the system or being used for analysis or research purposes, then you are perfectly entitled to carry on development under the category of interactive applications, so need not worry about requiring the analytical use licence.
This would continue to apply under the distribution channel you have outlined, so again this is not a cause for concern.
