Hi @sashintha and thanks for your query. In order to be able to run the Tobii Pro SDK Python Bindings successfully with the Tobii 4C Tracker, you will need to purchase a special analytical use licence that comes with an unlock file to access the API.

If however, you are flexible with respect to the language binding, you can freely use the Tobii Interaction library which can be downloaded @ https://developer.tobii.com/consumer-eye-trackers-interaction-library/
