Hi Ghostychan, i am another frustrated user who cant get this thing to work, its the second monitor, as i sent the first one back after about a month trying to get it to work, even reloading windows like you, all to no avail. When i got the second one i thought that i could not be unlucky enough to get another bad one, how wrong i was. I have come to the conclusion that the monitor/eyetracker is totally unfit for purpose.
