Another question – I am trying to download the new driver Tobii EyeX 0.10.1 on to my PC but it fails, giving me the error “An error occurred while trying to install Tobii USB Service. Please uninstall any previous versions and try again.” I’m not sure what to uninstall and not sure why this is happening, because I downloaded this update on a different computer without a hitch. Any suggestions?
