When I run update notifier I get the message “Your system is up to date! Update Notifier will exit”, and when I try to update the eye tracker firmware in the Gaze interaction settings the button is grayed out. I also tried updating the Tobii IS driver (NDIS6.20) in the device manager (it is currently version 5.28.4.2), but I just got the message “Windows has determined the driver software for your device is up to date.” Is there anything else I should try to update the firmware?
