I tried the code again with the lastest version of GazeSdk (2.0.3.182) and it worked!. The one I had was (1.0.0.104) because I made another application with Tobii Rex and I thought it’s going to work.
Like Markus said, that is a good reason to know the serial number of the device. I always try to make a section in the application to show the information of the connected device. It was easy the last time with the Rex and GazeSdk but not with the EyeX.
