My hands are tied though right now, as we’re waiting for reply from EW.
Also we cannot reproduce this issue and we haven’t heard about further people complaining..

In your last email you mentioned that you got some error message from the eye tracker, not connected.
Do you always get this error?
Did you check you USB 3.0 controller driver? What producer, driver-version and driver-date, are they?
