I have just tried the current game link, and it seems to work just fine. Are you on a 32bit windows? That could possibly be the problem, as i think this game was exported by only 64bit dll.
Another thing you can try is disconnecting your eyetracker, and reconnecting it while in the menu.
Do you use the Tobii dev eyetracker or the steelseries edition?
Hopefully you can make it run, cause on the game’s end I have no idea.
