We think we have identified the problem for Windows 10, but not yet for Windows 7. They seem to be separate issues.
@Louis: We have put up a new driver, EyeX Controller Driver 2.0.2. Could you please try that one? Go to Device Manager, right-click the Tobii EyeX Controller and click Update driver (from Microsoft Windows). Let us know if it works! If not, it is possible to do a rollback to the previous driver, in Device Manager.
