Here is what I have done in order to make Tobii working with ELite Dangerous Horizons: Go to %HOMEPATH%/AppData/Local/Frontier Developments/Elite Dangerous/Options/Bindings for example: C:/Users/cmdr_speedy/AppData/Local/Frontier Developments/Elite Dangerous/Options/Bindings rename Custom.1.8 to Custom.0.8. Restart of the game and Tobii apps. That’s it!
It’s awesome that you want to help the community, we really appreciate it. What you’ve suggested here will however not fix the “Invalid URI”-problem and to avoid confusion I’ve decided to “delete” it.
