Regarding the screeen proportions popup, that is a bit strange.

I would recommend a fresh install of The Tobii EyeX Software after removing the following registry entries:

HKEY_CURRENT_USER – SOFTWARE – Tobii
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE – SOFTWARE – WOW6432Node – Tobii
