OMG … i was able to fix it.
Chrome destroys the downloaded file. Without changing the filesize.
i downloaded the file again from my 2 other PCs (both with Chrome)
then i tried downloading it with Edge and Firefox.
I#M not sure it was the firefox downloaded file, but i’m like 90% sure.
and it works!
