Ok so Update, Tobii support could not help me. Though I found out that installing the windows creative update magically fixed my software installation issue. Now the new issue I am having is the tobii core software does not detect the tobii eye tracker. it shows up as eyechip in device manager and i have tried plugging it directly in every usb port in my computer with no luck.
