We also had some problems with the aspect ratio in the past. Turning the screen from landscape to portrait made the eye tracker unusable. We solved the problem in the file “trackingSpaces.txt” and “settings.txt” under “C: \ProgramData\Tobii\Tobii Interaction”. A wrong “PhysicalMonitorSizeMm” was entered there.
