HI @riccardomollo, the requirements for running the Tobii 4C Eye Tracker along with our associated software is 2.0 GHz, Intel i5 or i7 with 8 GB RAM on Windows 7, 8.1 and 10 (64-bit only).
Accordingly, I would say the system you have highlighted is not sufficient.
