It might be ideal for the cursor of a first person shooter depending on the range that you are fighting at. Let’s consider Blackops 2. At at about 7-13 meters, you would be aiming for center mass. Also, that is twitch reflex aiming range, where gross motor reflex + accuracy tends to win the gunfight. If a develop wants to incorporate the EyeX into their aiming mechanic, then it may be best to do so on a range dependent basis. Maybe I’ll experiment with this when my EyeX arrives.
