could you please try to uninstall everything related to Tobii, so: Tobii EyeX, Tobii EyeX Controller Driver, Tobii EyeX Controller Service
Then, please disconnect your EyeX Controller, restart your system and reinstall the latest version of the EyeX from here: http://developer.tobii.com/eyex-setup/
I think your problem should be related to an update, which failed, so some old files might still be in place.
