Please be aware that the use of Tobii Tech Consumer eye trackers (4C, EyeX) expressly prohibits the long term storage of gaze data for analysis as outlined @ https://analyticaluse.tobii.com/

I would suggest this is the easiest solution for your needs as currently there is not an SDK architecture which would easily interface with a web browser.
