Hello everyone,
I’ve been experiencing some issues with backup and recovery solutions while using the Tobii Eye Tracker product, and I’m hoping someone here might have some advice. Specifically, I’m facing challenges related to compatibility and data integrity when attempting backups, as well as occasional issues with recovery that seem linked to the Tobii Eye Tracker.
Here are some of the problems I’m encountering:
Compatibility Errors: During backup, I sometimes receive compatibility error messages that reference the Tobii Eye Tracker software. This has been preventing some backup and recovery solutions processes from completing successfully.
Data Integrity Issues: When performing recovery, certain data associated with the Tobii Eye Tracker seems to either fail to restore properly or becomes corrupted, affecting functionality.
Performance Slowdowns: The system’s performance noticeably slows down during backup and recovery solutions processes, especially when the Tobii Eye Tracker is connected, which disrupts other operations.
If anyone has experience dealing with these types of issues or has suggestions on optimizing backup and recovery solutions with the Tobii Eye Tracker, I’d greatly appreciate it.
