I changed LaunchConfigurationTool() of calibration sample to ConfigurationTool.Recalibrate and run exe.
Then calibration does not start. Eye Tracker5 USB connection is disconnected.
Is ConfigurationTool.Recalibrate unusable?
As a phenomenon, Performed continuous calibration and occurred at the 47th time.

Sorry to hear about the problem. I just tried the same, changing GuestCalibration to Context.LaunchConfigurationTool(ConfigurationTool.Recalibrate, CompletionHandler);
and it works well for me (at least for a couple of runs).
Could you please add more logging to the code and post the log here.
What is your use case for launching calibration?

■Description of development environment
〇The development environment uses the “unitycalibration.zip” received by email as it is.
〇I changed only one place below.
// Context.LaunchConfigurationTool(ConfigurationTool.GuestCalibration, CompletionHandler);
(2)The first screen is displayed(Unity).
(3)Press C key.
(5)Calibration is ongoing.
(6)Calibration is finished.
(7)Return focus to Unity.
→Repeat (2)～(7) 50 times.
Occurred at the 47th time.
The LED on the eye tracker remains off and calibration cannot start.
※It doesn’t seem to occur unless it is carried out about 50 times in a row.
■How to return
By carrying out one of the following, you can start again calibration.
・Plug and unplug the USB of the eye tracker.
・Windows Service”Tobii Service” restart.
・Reprofile in Tobii Experience.
※Problem in the profile will feel like has occurred.
If the above problem persists, I would like to use “ConfigurationTool.GuestCalibration”.
Is the profile created by “ConfigurationTool.GuestCalibration” valid until it is recalibrated?

Could you please collect and send the logs in Tobii Experience using the troubleshooter menu? Please do it right after the problem occurs.
