ParticipantI would like to specify different eye trackers to start based on their URL. I have used “tet-usb://<serial number>” format but it doesn’t connect to the eye tracker. It can only recognize a TCP/IP format with local host address. The application I am running is the “MinimalTrackerNet” sample application. Any advice? Many thanks.

ParticipantHi yazhang,
are you using the Gaze SDK or the EyeX SDK? And what eye tracker models are you using?06/11/2014 at 15:56 #1981yazhang
ParticipantI am using the GazeSDK and the EyeX controller.

ParticipantRight. The EyeX controller is a bit of a special case. It’s only possible to connect one of those to the computer at any time and it’s hard wired to use the tet-tcp protocol.
If you need to connect multiple trackers to the computer, the only tracker model that supports this at the moment is the REX.

ParticipantThe Tobii REX eye tracker can be used with the Gaze SDK or EyeX SDK. It only requires USB 2.0 but is much more expensive. Read more about Tobii REX.
