I installed EyeX on Windows 10 (version 2.1.1.293).
It updated the firmware, and then it asked which monitor I am using.
Then, it asked me to drag the two white lines to match the lines on the device.
Finally, it asked me to create a user profile so it can calibrate.
I click the ‘Create user profile’ button, but nothing happens. The pink “Please create a user profile” text disappears briefly, along with the button, but then they come back.
Hi @cfrolik,
I think the best thing here is to reset the Tobii EyeX software settings, restart you system and try again.
Please remove the contents of the directory %localappdata\Tobii
and the following directories from the windows registry:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Tobii
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\Tobii
