    Hello Tobii,

I am having repeated crashes with my Tobii 4C upon start up of Tobii compatible games. I am running the new Windows 10 Fall Creators Update with all the patches.
Upon starting Deus Ex Mankind Divided or Tom Clancys The Division the games start to load, and then immediately I get a black screen when Tobii 4C is running and non-response crash and a kernel32.dll error in the event logs. I get no keyboard response but the mouse still moves. I can’t even hit control + alt + delete to escape out of the game. Just a black screen. If I use Tobii 4C by itself on the desktop it seems to work fine. I am also using the latest version of the streaming gaze overlay circle.

But once I start any of the Tobii 4C compatible games I get crashed into a hard reboot. The problems only started with the New Windows 10 Fall Creators Update 16299 with all updates. Using Windows 10 built-in antivirus. I uninstalled all of the drivers with a clean reinstallation of Tobii 4C 2.11 and used registry CCcleaner. I have an Intel 6500 Skylake CPU, 8 GB of memory, Gigabyte ATI 570 4 GB Graphics Card 17.11.1 ATI graphics drivers. Below are some of the errors I pulled from event log which are probably useless but I’ll send them anyway.
At the end of this message are my Tobii hardware specifications copied from the Tobii 4C app. The games mentioned above work work just fine if I do not start and use Tobii 4C…

If you have any suggestions how to fix my problem I would love to hear about them.
