Hey fellas! I am working on a problem which includes detecting eye position in 3D world. Can anyone tell me how I can detect the position of virtual Track Box manually, given the location of eye tracker.Or in general how the width and height of the Track Box varies with the position of the user.
Hi @optimud, the working distance of the EyeX is 45-80 cm (18-32 in)
At 70 cm (28 in) distance, the head movement “plane” is 48×39 cm (19×15 in)
The numbers are specified parallel/orthogonal to screen surface, assuming eye tracker is at 20 degree angle to screen.
Hope this answers your question!
