    Hello
An “DllNotFoundException: Tobii.EyeX.Client.dll” error suddenly occurred during development.

I tried to clean the program or delete the registry, but it doesn’t work.

    Is there a way?

Hi @sungjin, sorry to hear about your issues. We would recommend you try Revo Uninstaller that should successfully help you make a clean reinstallation of the Tobii Software. Can you confirm if the system *ever* worked ? If not, it may be worth ensuring you have all latest Windows Updates installed.

Deleted and reinstalled using Revo Uninstaller.
    The same Issue occurs.
    Or the latest “Tobii.EyeX.Client.dll”
    Can I receive by mail?

Hi @sungjin, sorry to hear that the reinstallation process was not successful. Assuming that you have already tried updating Windows , then we would recommend you raise a support case with the Tobii Tech support team directly @ https://help.tobii.com/hc/en-us/requests/new and a representative can arrange a remote session and look at your system logs.
