While waiting for my eye tracker 4C, I would like to know if it is compatible with the Tobi Pro SDK ? Or if it is just compatible with the core and gaming SDK.

Hi @thibaut, Yes, the Tobii Pro SDK is supported with the C4 however you will need
to apply for a special licence from Tobii Pro directly whom you can contact
at the following page:

Is it standard practice for Tobii to ignore developers who follow the correct procedure to request a Research upgrade key in accordance with the licence for the Tobii Pro SDK?

Is poor customer service or anti competitive conduct a warning sign to developers to go elsewhere?

I have been waiting over a month after following exact procedure and honestly am disgraced by the lack of customer service.
