    Hi,
The Eye Tracker Manager download link for Linux in this page:

    https://www.tobiipro.com/product-listing/eye-tracker-manager/

has a version number of 2.1.2, yet when using the link the package downloaded is version 2.1.0

Any chance the link can be fixed to supply the latest package please.

Hi @windrider and thanks for your query. The Tobii Eye Tracker Manager is part of the Tobii Pro business department.

This forum is intended for support with the Tobii Tech Consumer level eye trackers (4C, EyeX, etc) and their associated SDK’s.

Please get in touch with Tobii Pro Support team directly @ http://www.tobiipro.com/contact/contact-support/ for an
    answer to your query.

Apologies for the inconvenience and thanks for your understanding.

Thanks for the quick but unsatisfactory answer. As it happens I am developing for the 4C, and using the Eye Tracker Manager to help in that process.

My disappoint arises as you expect your customer base to understand the organisation of your business and pass on messages between internal departments.

Why could you not pass it on to the correct department and just say so in this post.

Each support case with the Tobii Pro Business department requires the production of a ticket with the original user as a creator so one cannot pass along forum posts in this manner.

Also, please bear in mind that the Tobii 4C will not work with Tobii Pro Software or SDK’s without an appropriate analytical use licence and unlock file.
If you do not already have this, you can read more and request a quote @ https://developer.tobii.com/license-agreement/
