Our users getting an error running eye tracker:

c:\Programs Files\SMI\Experiment Suit 360\Experiment Center 2\SMI Experiment Center.exe
The application has failed to start because of side by side configuration is incorrect. Please see the application event log or use the command-line sxstrace.exe tool for more detail”
