Please your help
Previously our 4C connected with Tobii Experience. After upgrading and connecting a Tobii 5 bar it is not recognised anymore. The 4c still works on another older laptop.App package version: 1.63.19371
App file version: 1.63.0.19371

Maybe I was not clear but I meant that the 4C wasn’t working anymore. Does that mean I have to install older software + drivers to run the 4C.
My question: Is it possible to run both eyetrackers on the same machine (not at the same time but sequential)?
Herman26/10/2022 at 14:43 #22507Grant [Tobii]KeymasterHi @hetalsma, no I’m afraid that both units cannot run on the same system as they use a different software stack. You will indeed need to reinstall the older 4C SW for your desired system, apologies for any inconvenience.
