Hi, I’ve just tried to set up the EyeX controller and connected to a USB 3.0 port in the windows 7 system. However, there is still one message saying that ‘It seems as it is connected to a USB 2.0 port’. What could be the possible problems?
Hi, the problem is probably the USB3 driver bundled with Windows 7. Check out this thread where one member has posted a link to the latest driver.
