Oddly enough when I just got home, it failed to initialise again and my trick didn’t work. But when I was updating my nvidea driver it suddenly popped on.
Sorry if it didn’t work for you, maybe keep poking it a bit more. Like in every adventure game always poke stuff three times at least, you never know. 🙂03/02/2016 at 02:47 #4222Mathieu PowellParticipant
I found Marc’s suggestion helpful at first, but the program alone isn’t enough anymore.
Here’s what I do now that works everytime:
1. Close both USBDeview and Tobii EyeX program
2. Disable and re-enable Tobii EyeX Controller in Device Manager
3. Open the Tobii EyeX program
4. Open USBDeview
The red lights on the controller usually turn on before USBDeview is finished loading.

For me my tobiieyeX never starts on boot up. But only clicking refresh in USBDeview makes it click on.
Good to hear that at least your tobiieyeX is working again as well.

Hi @Ron – we have a brand new release today of the EyeX engine http://developer.tobii.com/downloads/ which
has resolved many outstanding issues.

Again – it is not working even with new version 2.0.4. I lost my hope and I will give it away. Maybe somebody else wants to have this piece.
