    My EyeX stopped working today after about 10 months since purchase. It was working yesterday, but today it stops tracking. At first, the red lights were still on, and after I tried uninstalling and installing the EyeX driver, it’s now stuck in Initializing and the lights are not even on anymore.

    Things I have tried:
    Different USB ports.
    Update USB driver.

    Any advice?
