We are using tobii x2-30 compact.
Current version is 1.0.3 and we tried latest firmware updates (both which is on downloads page).
On any occasion the update ends with following message:
An unexpected error happened. Make sure that your eye tracker is plugged in and that
you have selected a valid firmware package file.Hi Hanju,
