Gaze Trace Problem

Hi

I’m using Tobii Eye Tracker 4C and Tobii activate in my PC normally.

But I can’t press the button ‘Gaze Trace’.

It’s deactivated and I can’t use this.

How can I solve this problem ?

Hi @yeongwoo, sorry to hear about your issues.. Can you kindly confirm that you have the latest Tobii Core Software installed and the latest Graphic Card Drivers for your device? I reinstall the latest Tobii Software and the latest Graphic Card Driver for my device, but Tobii is not working yet.

In Tobii setting, it says Tobii Controller Core is unavailable and others are available.

Hi @yeongwoo, thank you for the clarification. It sounds like there is a corrupt installation of the Tobii Core Software as there is still and issue following a re-installation.

I would therefore recommend you try a full uninstaller program such as the free Revo Uninstaller to move all the Tobii Elements for a fresh successful reinstall.

Please try this out and report back, best wishes. It may also be worth looking to see if you have the latest windows 10 update.
