Getting errors while integrating EyeX SDK in my project

Hi,
I am working on a project using Visual studio 2012 in Winforms (c#). And is trying to integrate the sample ActivatableButtonsForms in my project with several other forms.

While debugging it is generating a warning “NullReferenceException was unhandled” at the lines those has “behaviormap” in it.

///Program.EyeXHost.Connect(behaviorMap1);

Kindly suggest how to remove this exception.
