Getting Started Licence – Where to Apply

Hi,
I had a longer phone call to the german sales Manager of Tobii. As a lecturer I want to use the TOBII Tracker 5 in my lectures to show studentes the possibilities of eyetracking in industrial environments. The local sales manager granted the access to use the trackers for this purpose. Unfortunately I am not able to run the stream engine without having a specific licence file.
Where do I get this file?
