How to purchase Tobii Pro Upgrade Key for Eye Tracker 4C？

we’re planning to purchase some Eye Tracker 4C and and we hope to access the raw data. We’ve known that we need to get Pro upgrade key to combine 4C with pro SDK, but we don’t find information about how to purchase the key. So is there anyone can share some experience about the procedure to purchase the pro upgrade key and how it costs?
