I currently have Unity version 4.5. It says it requires Unity 5 / 4.5 or higher (the Demo Scenes require Unity 5.3.7f1, the scripts work with Unity 5.0.0f4). So does this mean to play the demo scenes 5.3. Do I have to download this specifically or will it work if also if I install version Unity 5.6.7

I have installed Unity Version 5.6.7 I imported tobi sdk and tried to run the prefab. It will not connect to my tobii camera.

I actually did not run it with 5.6 but with unity 4.5 so I opened a new project with 5.6 but it will not open at all and only produces this. https://imgur.com/a/4EHgpY2

Hi @mela501 and thanks for your query. We have produced an extensive tutorial covering how to get up and running in using the Unity for Desktop SDK in conjunction with the Tobii Trackers @ https://developer.tobii.com/pc-gaming/unity-sdk/getting-started/

Whilst we hope to fix the SDK to support the latest version of the Unity Engine, for right now try using at most version 5.3.7f1 in conjunction with the steps we provide and kindly let us know how you get on. Best Wishes.

I am stuck I did install that version but I tried to run the scene and it would not work. Is there a way to get in touch with support and help me live? I feel like I may need more help beyond the tutorial given.

Hi @mela501, you can contact our Unity SDK specialist Alexey on Discord @ alex8b#9170 and he should be able to troubleshoot the issue with you. Best Wishes.
