ImportError: DLL load failed

I download the sdk and just get a few python files how can I set tobii sdk as others in my environment and why i get a ImportError: DLL load failed when i try to using it.

* Exactly which sdk have you downloaded? Tobii provides several SDKs for different products.
* What version number of the SDK did you download=
* What operating system are you using?
* What eye tracker are you using?
* If you are using Python, what python version are you using?
* If you are not using Python, what development environment/programming language do you use?

I download the sdk for python windows. The version is 1.10.2.2 and I use a windows 11 system laptop and a eye tracker 5.
I found someone said python 3.7or later cant use this sdk so i choose the 3.6.13

Hi, The Python Bindings of the Tobii Pro SDK are only for Tobii Pro Eye Trackers.

If you wish to develop an application using the Tobii Eye Tracker 5, you need to make a request for the Stream Engine API @ https://developer.tobii.com/software-downloads/
