I have a Tobii Eye Tracker 5L that I am trying to get to work inside of a UWP app(x64 only). Unfortunately, the native UWP gaze functionality API fails to recognize my device. I have imported the Interaction Library, and although everything seems to link properly and I can make API calls, the device itself doesn’t respond to anything. I know UWP has some restrictions inside of its sandbox. Is it possible to use the Interaction Library with UWP? If not, what can I do?

Hi @jrocket, thanks for reaching out. As you are the owner of Tobii 5L, this entitles you to a special support channel to deal with any issues or questions you might have. Accordingly, please get in touch with your local sales representative regarding this matter, and they will put you in teach with our specialist integration team.

That being said, the platform is built to support UWP, however there are a number of processes to consider to make it work, so our 5L support team should be able to help you in this regard. Best Wishes.
