ParticipantHi,
I’ve tried to read the manuals but unable to see examples on interpreting the result of Tobii Pro Analysis. I have some problem when understanding the pupil size–I only know that the diameter is measured in millimeters.
What does -1.00 mean? Does it mean the eye tracker is not tracking any eye presence or it means it does not change from the previous measurement? From the pattern I have, when it registers the pupil size, the next two reading are ‘-1.00’.
Anyone can help me in understanding it?
Thank you!

KeymasterHi @athw147, The Tobii Pro SDK is part of the Tobii Pro business department.
This forum is intended for support with the Tobii EyeX and C4 Eye Tracker and associated SDK’s such as Core SDK Interaction API.
That being said, I am reasonably certain a value of -1 within pupil size variable represents no data, however I would double
check with Tobii Pro to be sure. Please get in touch with Tobii Pro Support department directly @ http://www.tobiipro.com/contact/contact-support/ for an
final answer to your query. Many thanks.16/02/2018 at 08:07 #7898athw147
